Heather took care of my German Shepherd while I was away. She did an amazing job! It really eased my mind getting photos sent to me of how my dog was doing. She was having a blast playing with the other dogs! I will definitely be booking her again

Heather provided amazing pet care. She took care of my german shepherd and mini dachshund. She was sweet and clearly loved animals. She was responsible and I felt comfortable with her in my room. I still regularly use Heather for pet care whenever needed.

Heather watched my two-year-old German Shepherd when I was gone for a week and has also watched him for a day at a time as well. She really goes the extra mile to make sure he is happy and cared for, and even sent me pictures of him to prove it! My pup loves her, and I never worry about him when Heather's dog sitting.

No complaints whatsoever. Dr. Jones the kitty has a very specific set of needs, and Heather not only took care of everything, She even had a few tips for coddling when he is being bad. I plan on using Heather regularly.

For the first time in over 20 years, we were unable to find a friend or family member to take care of our cat while we were on vacation. Our daughter told us about Care.com. Heather's response to our post was promising, so I set up a phone interview with her. I immediately felt comfortable and knew that we had found the right person. She was organized, thorough, and personable. While we were gone, she texted a picture of our cat every day. He is not unfriendly but usually keeps to himself unless he likes you. He clearly liked and trusted Heather. We will definitely call on her again if we need a sitter for our cat.

We needed at the last minute someone to administer multiple medicines to our sick cat via a feeding tube. We didn't want someone who is just nice and sweet and talks cute to the animals (not that don't love that!). In this case we wanted someone very serious, competent, detailed, skilled and knowledgeable (and who had veterinary experience) in order to make sure that our sick cat was in very good hands. We found exactly that in Heather. She responded immediately, stated that she was available (over Christmas holidays no less, when she already had a full schedule), and came by the next day for introductions and "training." We were impressed that she was in fact very serious and businesslike--even sending a text the day of the meeting to verify/update. But not only that, she appears to truly love animals and care about our cat she is taking care of. She has done a superb job, in the way we wanted it done. It has been win win.

Heather is so good with my kitties. They're super fussy and skiddish so we have issues with help coming out to take care of them if we're gone but every time we need to head out now, we've finally got someone to call every time that we don't have to worry about.
