Pet Tip: Don't spend $$ when you don't have to!
One of the most common mistakes of pet partners is they spend unnecessary money on toys for their pets thinking "Oh they will love this!'. 8 out of 10 times you will be wrong. Think of your pets like young children. What happens when you give a child a large present? They usually end up playing in the box it came in by the end of the evening. That is our lesson here.
Keep it simple!
Boxes, Spare clothes, Ping pong balls. The options are endless! Keep in mind the safety for your pet as well. For example, While a paper towel rolls is get for reptiles, it's not so great for dogs since they will most likely shred and eat them.
Below are some simply cheap/free options for the standard pet:
Dogs: Spare socks, old shoes, used sports balls
Cats: Boxes, Old Rope, Twists off of milk jugs
Snakes: Paper towel rolls,
Bearded Dragons: Jingle balls, Ping Pong Balls, Used shirt to make a small hammock
